Shawna Keefe
I work full-time at an engaging immunotherapy company. I do my best to keep movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress in balance. In my free time I enjoy yoga, hiking, travel, music, film, and photography. Yoga is a cornerstone in my life physically for strength and resistance, emotionally for decreasing my anxiety and improving my mood, and spiritually by taking myself to a higher state. I also love the community yoga creates and the goodness of practicing with others.
