HIIT Hop: combines plyometric, strength training, explosive movements
and body weight exercises. Moves such as squats, squat kicks, jump
squats, burpees, mountain climbers, up/down planks, ab workouts, push
ups, etc. are mixed in with hip hop, R&B and other popular music. You
are guaranteed to burn off a lot of calories while having fun. So just throw
your hands in the air and HIIT Hop Hooray yourself to a great time. All
Fitness levels are welcomed.
